By Teresa Anderson
Two shootings today at different Jewish facilities in Kansas City left three people dead. According to CNN, the shootings took place at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City in Overland Park, Kansas, and at the Village Shalom Retirement Community in Leawood, Kansas. Authorities say that a suspect was taken into custody after the second incident but it is too early to determine whether the shootings are a hate crime.
