Congratulations to Homeland Security M.S. Alumni Emanuel Maurice "Moe" Yeoman.  He  will receive an  award, on April 10, 2014, at the U.S. Department of Justice ceremony related to the Presidential Proclamation on National Crime Victims' Rights Week.   A letter received from the U. S. Department of Justice, dated March 19, 2014, stated in part: "Every year, the President of the United States sets aside one week to honor victims of crime, entitled National Crime Victims' Rights Week. ... Our office commemorates National Crime Victims' Rights Week with a ceremony where we honor those who have shown particular courage and persistence while participating in the criminal justice process. ... Your award will be presented during our Annual Crime Victims' Rights Week Ceremony. ... Congratulations on your award! We hope that it conveys a small measure of our respect and esteem for your courage and perseverance in seeking justice."
